Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join the Genesis Healthcare team at Crestwood. This full-time position offers competitive salary with shift differentials and enhanced hourly wages. As an integral part of our nursing staff, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care, assess patient needs, administer treatments, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care plans and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by support staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
