Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Bethlehem South Nursing and Rehab is currently offering LPN PRN opportunities for all shifts! As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our facility, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
