Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, supervise patient care, and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending state licensing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
