Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Crestwood team. You will have the opportunity to work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
