Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
