Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders and perform treatments.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
