Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patient condition, collect data, and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Contribute to care planning and supervision of unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Prefer experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
