Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Lodge. As an LPN, you will work night shifts on a twelve-hour rotation, including every other weekend. Your role will involve delivering efficient nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
