We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
• Evaluate patient conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Supervise unlicensed staff's patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
