Qualifications
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute prescribed care plans and document care provided.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
