Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
