Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor patient conditions, and report changes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Supervise and oversee unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
