Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients and their families.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
