Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time position with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Position Highlights:

• Conduct patient assessments, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in care planning and implementation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license from the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
