Job Description
Genesis Health is looking to hire a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients/residents, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Hold current BLS/CPR certification.
