Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients and building meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and implementation.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
