Licensed Practical Nurse - lpn

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes as necessary.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
