Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients and collect data on their condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
