Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
• Contribute to care planning and assist in supervising unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
