Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN at ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Your responsibilities will include implementing care plans, participating in discharge planning, and ensuring patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
