Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and assist in discharge planning.
- Work flexible hours (days or nights) in New Castle County, DE.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
