Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and participating in discharge planning. Whether you are seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem positions, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $22 to $28 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types:
Per diem, part-time, full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
