Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, working in New Castle County, DE. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions with a competitive salary range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
