Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Join our team and support patients in New Castle County, DE on a full-time, part-time, or per diem basis, with both day and night shift opportunities available. LPNs will be responsible for implementing patient-centered care plans and participating in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
