Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our Home Care division, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. This position offers opportunities for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem roles, supporting patients in New Castle County, DE.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
