Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
