Job Description
We are looking for experienced, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans within available resources.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
