Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. Our team provides exceptional care to geriatric patients in the community and offers a supportive environment for professional growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Contribute to discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
