Job Description
We are looking for full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data and report changes.

- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
