Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pheasant Wood. LPNs under the direction of Registered Nurses deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe condition and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintenance of current BLS/CPR certification.
