Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
