Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a valued member of our healthcare facility, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
