Job Description
We are looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Genesis Health's team at Crestwood. This position offers competitive pay with the potential for a 25% pay increase through Modified Compensation. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and report changes in condition.
- Assist in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (if required).
