Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Elm Wood. In this per-diem role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
