Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be part of our dynamic team. Located in beautiful Exeter, NH, minutes from Exeter Hospital, we offer short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients/residents, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if in an assisted living facility.
