Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients and developing meaningful relationships with them and their families. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care, assess patient conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
