Job Description
Join us at Exeter Center as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and become part of our dedicated nursing team. Located in beautiful Exeter, NH, our 81-bed facility provides short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice).
