Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to collect data, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
