Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Applewood Center. The ideal candidate will be available for 3am-3pm and 7am-3pm shifts, including every other weekend.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
- Must meet CDC and CMS standards.
