Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights:
- Assess and monitor patients to observe and report changes in their condition.
- Contribute to care planning and implementation.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
