Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Part Time LPN, you will work days, evenings, or nights under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
