Job Description
Exeter Center is an 81-bed facility located in beautiful Exeter, NH, near Exeter Hospital, offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a Per Diem basis, allowing for a flexible schedule that suits your needs.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN license by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
