Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our passionate and dedicated team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services, building relationships with patients and their families, and working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients, monitor conditions, and report changes promptly.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
