Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Laureldale Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to provide quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and ensure positive outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Assess patients' conditions, collect data, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and execute treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification if working at a skilled nursing center.
