Job Description

Responsibilities
- Acquire off-market and on-market properties to build our inventory.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify lucrative opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and collaborate with our in-house sales team for efficient property sales.
- Utilize resources such as leads, wholesale relationships, and proprietary software to maximize acquisitions.
Requirements
- A valid Alabama real estate license.
- Proven experience in residential real estate with familiarity in terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a high-performance mindset.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.
