As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and passion for real estate to identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties for our inventory. This role offers the opportunity to work independently as an agent on a 100% commission basis, benefiting from leads, support, and resources provided by New Western.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire investment properties through market analysis and negotiation.
- Utilize New Western's resources, including established wholesale relationships, marketing leads, and proprietary software to boost acquisitions.
- Collaborate with a team of sales agents to facilitate property sales and generate income.
- Stay informed about market trends and data to optimize property acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Proven track record in real estate or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
