Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant - Memory Care Unit (SNF)
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Memory Care Unit. As an LNA, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Responsive communication, respect, and support to our residents are key elements of this role.
