Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LNA (Restorative) to join our Long-Term Care Unit at The University of Vermont Health Network. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to assist patients/residents in improving the function of their limbs through specialized exercises. Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with restorative exercises.
- Meet or exceed federal, state, and facility expectations in care delivery.
- Work collaboratively as a part of a team to ensure patient well-being.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- State of Vermont LNA license.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience as an LNA.
- Restorative aid training preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
