Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LNA (Restorative) to join our Long-Term Care Unit at The University of Vermont Health Network. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to assist patients/residents in improving the function of their limbs through specialized exercises. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients/residents with restorative exercises.
  • Meet or exceed federal, state, and facility expectations in care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively as a part of a team to ensure patient well-being.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience as an LNA.
  • Restorative aid training preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
