Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, in Reno, NV. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo within the proximity of the consolidation/distribution center, loading and unloading trailers, and ensuring timely transport of goods.

General Description of Duties

• Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations.
• Utilize forklift techniques for loading and unloading trailers.
• Adhere to specific procedures based on terminal location requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of tractor/trailer experience (training available for less experienced candidates).
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
• Stable work record with a safe driving history.
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
