Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight in Reno, NV. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo and the loading and unloading of trailers using industry-standard techniques and procedures.
General Description of Duties
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations near the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers following standard docking procedures.
- Adapt duties and schedule based on terminal location requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
- Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
- Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
